These terms apply to your use of tychepay.ai (the "site"), run by Tyche Pay ("Tyche Pay", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

The site describes Tyche Pay's card processing services and lets you apply for a merchant account. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide an account or a promise of approval, pricing or timing. Every account is subject to review and approval by Tyche Pay and its banking partners, and to a separate merchant agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the merchant agreement controls.

Applications

When you apply, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to apply for the business you describe. We may decline any application. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or try to access parts of it you are not meant to
• Copy or scrape content from the site in bulk

Our content

The text, design, images, and the Tyche Pay name and logo on the site belong to Tyche Pay or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Descriptions and other companies

Descriptions of features, integrations and timelines on the site are general. What is available to you depends on your business, the platform you sell on and our banking partners. Shopify and WooCommerce are trademarks of their owners, and mentioning them does not mean they endorse Tyche Pay.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tyche Pay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. This section does not limit anything in a merchant agreement you sign with us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
