This policy explains what information Tyche Pay ("Tyche Pay", "we", "us") collects through tychepay.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the application form on it. If you are approved for a merchant account, your merchant agreement and any privacy terms in it also apply.

Information you give us

When you apply for an account, we collect:

• Your full name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to share it
• Your store's monthly revenue range
• Anything you write in the message field

If your application moves forward, we may ask for more information about your business, such as your website, product list, processing history and ownership details, so we can review it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. When you submit the application form, we also store the IP address and browser it was sent from. We use this information to run and protect the site and to prevent fraud.

The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your information

• To review your application and match your business with suitable banks
• To contact you about your application and answer your questions
• To run, secure and improve the site
• To meet legal, regulatory and card network requirements, including identity and fraud checks

How we share it

We share personal information only as needed to review and provide our services:

• With banks and payment partners that review, approve and service merchant accounts
• With companies that host this website and send email for us
• When the law, a regulator or card network rules require it, or to protect against fraud
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period that the law or our banking partners require. If your application does not go ahead, you can ask us to delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who can see application data. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of any marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
